WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY AGREEMENT

This agreement made on this the ______ day of ______________, 2005, is between AV

Photography–Alisa Vance, and _____________________________ (purchaser) for the wedding

on ________________, 2005 between ____________ and ______________.

AV Photography will provide ____ hours of coverage, (Tier__ Package) for $_____ Dollars.

EXCLUSIVITY and AUTHORITY:

It is agreed that AV Photography will act as the sole and exclusive hired professional

photographer for the wedding day, and that purchaser gives AV Photography priority over any

other photographers and videographers employed in connection with the wedding in the

positioning of any type camera or photographic equipment or other matters relating to the quality of photographs.

AV Photography will cooperate with having purchasers wedding video taped, but ask that purchaser notify us of

any such plans at least one week prior to the wedding.

PAYMENT POLICY:

Retainer fee of $150.00 is payable to reserve the services of AV Photography for said date.

The balance of $_______ is due on the wedding date prior to services being rendered.

PRICE PROTECTION:

AV Photography guarantees prices quoted for services and additional photographs to be

valid for SIX MONTHS following the wedding date.

CANCELLATION:

If, AV Photography’s services are cancelled, by purchaser, prior to wedding date, the retainer shall

be forfeited.

SPECIFIC COVERAGE:

If there are any specific photography needs, you are asked to provide AV Photography with

those prior to the wedding, otherwise, AV Photography will use its best judgment in providing

coverage of the event.

OVERTIME:
When coverage is requested beyond the hours specified for the selected “Tier__” package,

the rate shall be $150 per extra hour.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

While every effort is made to produce and deliver outstanding photographs of the wedding,

liability for any failure in AV Photography’s performance for whatever reason is limited

to a refund, to the purchaser, of seventy-five percent of the amount paid for the services.

DELIVERY TIMES and ORDERING:

Images of the wedding will be printed in the “Tier __” format that the purchaser has chosen.

This shall be ready for pickup approximately 2-3 weeks after the wedding.

Re-prints are ordinarily ready for pickup within 1-3 weeks after order has been placed.

All orders must be prepaid.

Purchaser will be billed for all shipping costs incurred for any orders sent out of town.

RIGHTS OF OWNERSHIP AND REPRODUCTION:

AV Photography will not sell, or assign any photographs of the wedding couple, party or guests

except with the authorization and direction of the Purchaser. AV Photography shall remain

copyright owner of all images. Any reproduction, publication, or public exhibition is NOT

permitted without consent of AV Photography. AV Photography will not release information

regarding names, addresses, or dates with any wedding photograph(s) published.
