Home Portfolio Proofs Pricing Info	Wedding Packages A 50%retainer fee will need to be paid up front to hold your date.  The retainer fee will go toward part of your payment if the wedding is held on the date scheduled. If the wedding is canceled the retainer fee will not be returned. Foster Wedding 2005 Hamm Wedding 2005 Willoughby Wedding 2006 Bullock Wedding 2007 Tier 1 - Basic Package: $500.00 This package is perfect for small intimate weddings. Includes 2 hours of coverage, 100 - 4x5’s prints in a preview album.  One location only Tier 2 - Silver Package: $600.00 This package will cover most weddings and receptions. Includes 3 hours of coverage, 150- 4x5’s or 20- 5X7’s prints in a preview album.  Up to two locations. Tier 3 - Gold Package: $800.00 Package includes 4 hours of coverage,  175- 4x5’s,  20- 5x7’s and  1-11x14 (your choice).  Up to two locations. Payment: Session fee is due at time of sitting and must accompany this signed agreement. A personal check, cashier’s check, or cash is accepted. A charge of $25 will be due in the case of a returned check. Make checks payable to Alisa Vance.  2. Cancellation: This agreement may be terminated by either party, 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment. Cancellation less than 24 hours may result in forfeiture of session fee. Please contact photographer at (502)867-4973 to cancel – leave name and time you called. 3. Foul weather: Should rain occur for an outdoor sitting the session fee will be applied to future appointment.  Windy, humid, hot conditions are a possibility in outdoor photography. They are not considered foul weather. 4. Delivery times and ordering: Images of the sitting will be ready for pickup approximately 2 weeks. 48 hours to post online with signed waiver. Re-prints are ordinarily ready for pickup within 1-3 weeks after order has been placed.  All orders must be prepaid. Purchaser will be billed for all shipping costs incurred for any orders sent out of town. 5. Usage: AV Photography may reproduce for display or for sale, any photograph without permission.  The undersigned relinquishes the right to monies earned through the sale of any photograph taken of or for the undersigned now and in the future. The undersigned may not earn money through the sale or publication of photographs without the photographer’s knowledge and permission. AV Photography will not release information regarding names, addresses, or dates with any photograph(s) published. 6. Waiver of Liability: Client expressly releases AV Photography, employees and agents, from all claims, damages and liabilities that may result from accidents or incidents that occur during a photo shoot. This waiver of liability includes waiver of any claim that may be a result of negligence.
